The Ultimate Self Assembly - Phase Two

Phase two is where the main part of your cars internal systems are installed through the chassis and the decisions are made for the look of your Zero, here you will be choosing the exterior style and colour of your car. Then once this phase is complete the car is now ready to go to the paint shop, for its full custom paint job which can be truly individual to you.

GRP Bodywork
High quality doubled gelled GRP panels for the Nose Cone, Front Sport Wings & Rear wings. Available in a choice of 9 colours, or flat white to paint.
GRP Dash & lower dash panel
Brake Lines
Pre cut to length & flared ready to install into your chassis with all clips & fittings.
Brake Master Cylinder
With fixings & adjustable fork end.
Clutch Cylinder
With fixings & adjustable fork end & S/S braided hose.
Reservoir kit
Remote reservoir with all mountings & pipe work for both clutch & brake cylinders.
Hand Brake Pack
Custom hand brake leaver, disc brake cable & quadrant.
Fuel Sender & Pumps
Low pressure fuel pump & filter to mount directly to tank & fuel sender for instruments & fuel lines.
IVA Trim Kit kit
Consists of all the trim & covers required to be fitted for the IVA Test.
Head lamps
Nose Cone Grill

All required fixings for this stage.

The Zero nose cone, front wings, rear wings, dash and diffuser are all made from high quality glass reinforced plastic with a gel coat finish (GRP) available in a choice of 9 colours, with the remaining panels all in Aluminium. If you choose to have the paint option your GRP will be in flat white ready for paint. If you are looking for something extra special, there is the option to have carbon fibre dash and front wings, this not only looks great but is also weight saving.

Our unique Rear Diffuser has been designed to enhance airflow underneath the rear of the car, reducing drag and adds a small amount of downforce. But also provides a cleaner look to finish off the back of the car.
