The Ultimate Self Assembly - Phase Three

Phase three is where the car begins to take shape and look like a Zero, with the rear suspension, interior and finishes along with many of the major components installed . Here your will choose your dashboard, instruments, and install all the interior which includes pre cut carpet, luxury comfort seats with a choice of stitching colours and options. You will install the full electrical harnesses for the whole car along with battery cables. You will then install the rear drive train, wishbones & ECU. This completes the whole of the rear end and interior of your Zero.

    Calipers & stainless braided hoses.

  • Momo Steering Wheel
    280mm steering wheel design integrates the finest leather and airleather materials that feature a sculpted grip & black spokes.

  • Smith’s Instruments (Flight)
    These are an electronic servo driven dial fully LED back lit & have all the warning lamps built in, giving you the classic look with a modern twist, with a choice of face & bezel colour.

  • Gen 2 GBS Seats
    Stylish seat are both light weight & extremely supportive giving great comfort, come complete with adjustable runners.

  • TRS GBS Harnesses
    Adjustable 4 point harness ideal for both road & track, with GBS branding. Black is Standard, but other colours are available on request.

    Yokohama AD08 these offer great all round performance for all condition fitted to a Team Dynamic Pro Race wheel.

The styling on the interior of your Zero is unique with endless options and choices to make. From seats to stitching colours, instruments, finishes and indicator stalks.

Our range of seats and seat belts are suitable for all occasions weather you are touring around Europe or out on the circuit. This is complimented with the Momo steering wheel which perfectly connects you to your car.
For those that are wanting to drive their Zero more enthusiastically we suggest complimenting your build with a limited slip diff and the wider rear wheel and tyre to further enhance the drive.
As standard the Zero has a fully independent double wishbone rear setup, giving greater levels of grip and stability along with better ride quality. This coupled with the ATR mono fully adjustable damper give exceptional performance.
