Busy weekend at the Newark Kit Car Show....

Last weekend (21st & 22nd September), we had an amazing time at the Newark Kit Car Show at Newark Showground! A huge thank you to everyone who visited us—it was fantastic to see both new and familiar faces. We proudly displayed our 2.5L Ford Duratec-powered Zero demonstrator, a Zero Mazda build, our Zero Race demonstrator, and a fully paneled chassis fresh from production, which will be heading to paint in the next few weeks. Our Zero Race car will also be hitting the track next month at our GBS Track Day at Blyton Park.

Alongside the cars, we showcased a range of ATR Products, all designed and manufactured in-house. You can find all these products and more online at Kit Spares – www.kitspares.co.uk.

If you're considering a Zero Self Build kit, don't hesitate to get in touch and book a visit to our factory. We’d love to show you around, discuss your options, and answer any questions you might have.

Exciting News: We are supplying ATR Products for the New TOCA Junior Championship....

We are thrilled to announce that we will be supplying a range of ATR products to the newly launched TOCA Junior Championship. This exciting development comes after an extensive testing program, and we are now gearing up for the start of manufacturing in the coming weeks.
Since the Championship's concept was first announced, they have been overwhelmed by the incredible interest from teams and drivers eager to join the grid. It’s truly inspiring to see such a strong appetite for junior racing in the UK, and we're honoured to be part of this journey.

Behind the scenes, everyone has been working tirelessly to finalise the car's design and set up. Last week was the unveiling of the car to prospective teams and drivers at the Mercure Hotel in Daventry.
Now the team will shortly be heading to Donington Park to showcase the car within the British Touring Car Championship paddock. This is a thrilling opportunity, as the public will get their first look at the car and share their reactions. It’s just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting season ahead!
These launches not only mark the countdown to our inaugural race but also set the stage for more exciting announcements in the coming weeks and months. We can't wait to share what’s next! Stay tuned for more updates on the New TOCA Junior Championship by following them on social media and visit their website to see more.

Another Zero on the road and registered in the USA.....

Another Zero on the road and registered in the USA..... Its great to see that recently another Zero is now fully registered and being enjoyed on the road in the USA. This customer has now completed his Duratec powered Zero build and already covered several hundred miles and been to a car show where it attracted a lot of attention. Another Zero is currently at paint that will be back with us next month and then on the way to its new owner in the USA very soon.

We look forward to receiving more photographs from our customers in the USA out and about enjoying their Zeros and sharing more photos with you. The Zero range is available in LHD and exported worldwide, please get in touch with us and we can put you in touch with our USA Representative.

At the weekend we hosted our first Cars & Coffee event of the year here at GBS and it was great to see a few new Zero owners join us for the very first time in their newly registered Zeros and also great to hear that they have booked on to join us on our Track Day later this month. More details can be found on our GBS event page.

NEW Project Electric Zero powered by the Tesla motor fabricated and ready to be built.....

GBS Zero Student Build…… Last year a college placed their order for their first GBS Zero Self Build Kit which was delivered to them last month and the build will now be started. This wasn’t a standard kit as they wanted the Zero to be electrically powered by a Tesla engine. So the Zero chassis has had to be modified to suit their engine choice.
This complete custom engine installation was completed by the GBS team to accommodate a Tesla motor and then fabricated in our fabrication department. We look forward to following and supporting the students with this exciting build.
We have recently shared a video on this Zero chassis which can now be seen on our GBS YouTube Chanel.
We are able to work with you to customise the whole power train and other aspects of the car. Last year we completed a Zero build which you may have seen featured on our YouTube Chanel already that was powered by a Kawasaki 1400 GTR engine that is now complete and road registered and being enjoyed on the road.

The Zeros can be enjoyed on the Road & Track, with the option to have this Zero kit with the Zero fully welded integrated Roll Cage, which are MSA Compliant and FIA Compliant. See more details about the Zero Self Build options we offer including the Zero Custom kit here, or contact us to discuss your Zero build.
