The Zero Single Donor Mazda Kit - Module Three

In this module, you'll install the complete fuel system, including fuel lines, pumps, a swirl pot, and all necessary components to ensure a reliable and efficient setup for both road and track driving. You'll also fit the engine mounts, alongside a fully pre-cut interior carpet set with adhesive, and the cooling system, which includes the radiator and pipework.

Additionally, this stage features the GBS Mazda inlet plenum system, meticulously engineered to optimise performance while enhancing the overall driving experience.

At this point, the core mechanical elements of your Zero come together, laying the groundwork for a high performance machine that’s ready for the next phase of your build.
